The Thesis
VibePass is a modular civic technology platform that enables Cultural Wayfinding Infrastructure through a composable architecture integrating mobility data, cultural knowledge, multilingual AI services, and Visitor Flow Intelligence.
Rather than a destination guide or trip planner, VibePass provides a reusable digital foundation that lets cities, transit agencies, cultural institutions, and destination organizations deploy branded visitor experiences on a shared technology stack. Each deployment — Little Tokyo, the K Line, the Getty, or an international hospitality initiative — is a configuration of the same platform.

A live deployment demonstrating narrative mobility between Little Tokyo and Torrance across Metro A / E, the J Line, and Torrance Transit. Built for LA28 as evidence of the platform, not the product.
